Morning Modelbuch (6/3/2018)
Totally goofy reason, but I like the BNF’s version of Schwartzenberger’s 1534 _Ein New Formbuechlin_ because of the color of the ink it’s printed in. I included the title page (which is done in two colors) so you can see that it was a conscious choice. The prints are especially clean and crisp. There are also some of the super cool applique style patterns that remind me of central Asian nomadic felt rugs. They play with positive and negative space in really interesting ways. http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b10548008m/f45.item.r=Schwartzenbergerformbuechlin
