Morning Modelbuch (6/29/2018)

I adapted this feather/scale pattern from the Trevelyon Miscellany to make a printing block to decorate a pair of velvet Venetian style drawers. The first couple of test prints didn’t print well, but the end result wasn’t too bad. The Miscellany is a manuscript but includes quite a few patterns influenced by printed books.
