Matteo Pagano is one of the more prolific makers of pattern books with 6 different titles: Lotz numbers 80, 81,82, 85, 86, and 87. The first 3 were published in 1542, 43, and 44. The other 3 were published a decade later. These graphed patterns are from _Spechio di pensieri delle belle et Virtudiose donne_ first published in 1544.

They are probably intended for lacis or weaving, but as always I’m eyeing them for stamps, especially the small squares on the ends of the longer borders. https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/354982
