Italian linen cover with cutwork, bobbin lace, and needlace lined in red silk in the V&A. Dated 1600, museum number T.67-1954. The pictures are older, so it doesn’t have many closeups, but the unicorn fron Vecellio is pretty distinctive. http://m.vam.ac.uk/collections/item/O363238/cover-unknown/
