Portrait of an Italian Young Lady by Andrea Picanelli held at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem (accession number B86.0903 503/139.) The museum has dates between 1485 and 1545 for the painting. The artist died in 1525. His brother and frequent collaborator did live until 1545, however. The clothing certainly fits in the 1520’s. https://www.imj.org.il/en/collections/194514
