Ran across this beautiful portrait by Frans Pourbus the Elder that was auctioned at Bonhams in London, December 17, 2020 (Old Master Paintings, lot 3.) Dated somewhere between 1568 and 1581. Wikipedia has a nice large picture saved. The lace of the partlet is what matches a pattern book most easily, but the cap kercher is absolutely fantastic. https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Frans_Pourbus_the_Elder_(Attr.)_-_Portrait_of_a_lady,_bust-length,_in_black_costume_with_a_white_lace_collar_and_headdress.jpg
