Portrait of a Woman in a Black Robe by Francois Quesnel. It was auctioned in 2015. The attribution comes from similarities to another portrait dated 1572. The trim looks to be either a metal lace or passementerie, with a pattern similar to those in Le Pompe. The tassel tops are rather fun. https://www.invaluable.com/auction-lot/francois-quesnel-portrait-of-a-lady-in-a-black-ro-99-c-208455e80b https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Franois_Quesnel_Portrait_of_a_Lady_in_a_Black_Robe.jpg https://www.metmuseum.org/art/collection/search/356989
