Knitted ecclesiastical gloves dated 1630-1699 at the Glove Collection Trust (part of the Worshipful Company of Glovers of London.) Number GCT23410. https://theglovecollection.uk/gloves/gct-23410/ Interestingly they are cotton with silk and metal threads embroidered on the knitted base.
I pulled some acorn patterns and floral patterns of similar layout from Peter Quentel ‘s “Ein New kunstlich Modelbuch” I’ve linked to the BNF’s copy at Archive because I’m a bit lazy this morning and didn’t want to grab the direct link to the museum. https://archive.org/details/quentell1541einnewbnfbpt6k15108257/mode/2up
