My research time today was spent working on content for the website and looking through the bibliographies of some of the Victorian histories of lace, so I didn’t get into matching anything. Sorry about that. We haven’t had a free method book in awhile, though, so here is Victor Touche’s _The Handbook of Point Lace_, the 4th edition, published in 1870. https://library.si.edu/digital-library/book/handbookofpointl00touc
