Not a modelbuch, but I do enjoy the ornament style of The Tudor Pattern Book (Bodlein Library MS. Ashmole 1504.) https://digital.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/ A search for Tudor Pattern Book will pull it up.
There is a fantastic embroidery from the late 16th century depicting a deer at The Hermitage with similar motifs. Labled German or Spanish, https://www.hermitagemuseum.org/ a search for inventory number ?-3845 pulls it up.
