She’s wearing a lace ruff with heraldic elements similar to those in Vinciolo’s _Les singuliers et nouveaux pourtraicts et ouvrages de lingerie_ (first published in 1587) but adapted for her. There’s a lion, a unicorn, and fleur-d-lis. Also of interest is the gorgeous gold and silver bobbin lace trim down her sleeves and bodice. http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b10548003c
