Morning Modelbuch (9/12/2019)
I’ve always liked this 1573 George Gower portrait of Lady Kytson that shows a style of embroidered sleeves with a sheer overlay that was popular in England for a few years. https://www.tate.org.uk/art/artworks/gower-lady-kytson-n06091
Several flower and vine patterns from Schole-house for the Needle have similar flowers, but wild feeling of the vine work is much more in line with the patterns we’ve been seeing as early as Schonesperger and Quentel.
