You are going to have to excuse the goofy thought that prompted this post. I was watching QI when the question of what the S on Superman’s chest stands for came up. Apparently the answer is that S is a Kryptonian symbol for hope. So now I want to make a subtle Renaissance cosplay with a blue and red doublet and a ruff with S’s. Goofy, but I’m highly amused.
