Morning Modelbuch (9/29/2018)

I’m working on the feast menu for our local Toys for Tots event going on in November, so medieval toys are on my mind. Some of the most ubiquitous are stick ponies and whirligigs (scopperels.) The toys turn up in portraits, marginalia, calendars, and books of hours. It’s only fair that they put in an appearance in modelbuch.
