Somebody reminded me of Claudette Zeimann’s charting of blackwork patterns (The Bronwyn’s Pattern Library.) They were some of the first patterns I encountered charted from extant ones. She had them available online for years, and they’re still available on Archive.org and can be downloaded in PDF format
